The center offers care for children 6 weeks through K4. Ms. Ruthie has over thirty five years of experience caring for children and has compiled the necessary tools to assure developmentally appropriate activities. Your child will have a wonderful experience during the day while learning and growing. Ms. Ruthie and her staff continuously research, network and attend education sessions to always provide the best for the children we enroll. A LIFETIME OF CARING FOR BILOXI’S CHILDREN Ruth Williams has worked with children in Biloxi for over 35 years. Starting at Biloxi First Baptist Early Education Center while in high school and continuing today with her own child care center, Ms. Ruthie’s Little Learning Center. She is a licensed child care director and meets all of the continuing education hours required by the State. Her years of experience provides your child with proven development and educational learning methods and activities. But most importantly, Ms Ruthie creates a nuturing environment for each child. She works with her staff to make sure your child will grow, develop and learn during these important years with lots of love, caring and attention….this is what Ms Ruthie does best.

He is now in Kindergarten and has more than tripled the State testing score because of the excellent teaching these children get taught on a daily basis! She treats the kids in her center like they are her own. My son spent some great time at the day care. Its not just a place to "baby sit" but Ruthie teaches the kids the basics to prepare them for school. I love the house with shady back yard play area instead of a commercial metal building. FROM MOMMY of 2 My daughter (3yrs old) attended Ms. Ruthie's for 4 months. She absolutely loved going to school. The classes are small and the children get a lot of great attention. They are great with activities. My daughter learned a great deal there. She attended another school for 2 months prior to attending Ms. Ruthie's and I was very discouraged with the other center. I think she was sick with a cold the entire time because of all the kids being sick and the toys not being sanitized enough. There was also no consistency with the teachers helping to potty train. My daughter learned to go potty at Ms. Ruthie's within about 2 weeks. The school has a great backyard play area too! We had to move to a different state and I wish I could've brought the school with us!
